Wordbook is an awesome plug in that lets you post your WordPress entries to your Facebook wall and or sidebar box.

From the Wordbook Facebook page:

Use your WordPress blog to publish updates to your Profile Mini-Feed and your friends’ News Feeds.

This app is not for blogs hosted at WordPress.com.
